Once you are accepted for studies you will have to submit the originals of the required documents in the International Admissions Office in order to verify them and to prepare the documentation for the Dean’s office. Please remember that you have to bring your insurance policy and medical certificate, and the secondary school graduation certificate/diploma and grade sheet need the apostille or consular legalization to be attached. We also require certified translations of these documents.
In order to fix such meeting, you should contact the International Admissions Office about the date of your arrival. Please bear in mind that such appointment should take place no later than 30th September.
After documents verification in the Admissions Office you are ready to go to your faculty’s Dean’s Office. Having the documentation submitted, you will get your student’s index and ID card. From that moment you will attend lectures and classes.

The student ID which will confirm your affiliation to the university during the course of your studies. Holders of such document are eligible for many discounts, like commuting by bus or tram at a 50% discount. You can also get cheaper tickets to cinemas, theatres, orchestras and museums. Many bars, restaurants and clubs, including those based off-campus, offer student discounts on food and beverages.
